Every order ships in unmarked corrugated. No OPP logo, no return address that reveals us, no packing slip that exposes our pricing. Your client only ever sees you.

Return address
Your studio address on the shipping label, by default. We can also use our address with your studio name (no OPP branding) if you'd prefer not to share your home/studio location.
Packing slip
No prices, no OPP branding. Just your studio's logo, your client's name, and the order contents. Custom thank-you note insertion available at no charge.
Tracking
Tracking number is sent to you, not your client, so you control communication. Forward it through your own customer service if you want — or hold it back and notify them yourself when it arrives.
Issues & replacements
If something goes wrong, your client contacts you. You contact us. We replace it. Your client never knows there was a lab involved.
